I’m confused on how to get through the second stage. I flip the green switch on the right and kill the guy up top. When I try to drop down in front of the guy I get killed but there’s no ledges for me to sneak up on him from behind and I just fall off the ledge on the right.
Being honest I was so stuck trying to get the weapon, but after getting it and understanding how the spikes worked I had a lot of fun. Intuitive controls to be honest and with a lot of speed running material. I really hope the max score is 61.
It took me several tries to find out that I can get past the spikes by walking through them and not jumping over or through them, and that I can kill the enemies by sneaking up behind them and either walk into them or jumping into them. But once I got the hang of the game's mechanics, I was able to beat it with little trouble.

Exceptionally fun lil game.
My one gripe is I'd love to be able to use the D-Pad on my controller -- the joystick gives more inputs than I want a lot of the time

yeah, figuring out how to get that first kill was a non-trivial portion of the whole puzzle for me
I've recently played another Pico-8 game where spikes are only dangerous to fall on, so I came primed for that one
Very fun and nostalgic game, prince of persia was the first game I ever played probably, and killing nazis is always good.
