Great pixel art and impressive how compelling and intense it is given how simple it seems. Definitely a bunch of the little bits of polish, like the shrinking circles and lines, really elevate it. Very nice!
Exactly the kind of tiny PICO-8 magic I love! The SFX and visuals of the countdown work really well, it really does induce a kind of panic state (complimentary).

thanks!! yea it started as one thing but the end game for this design was very much "whats the fewest moving parts that can induce a panic" lol

Fun! yet very simple game to play. My score 25
